I understand that this may be the authors' original intention, in the sense that it really was meant to be a practical book, full of good practices, cases, solutions worked out by smart who put some great ideas into practice. However, this book does not advocate eliminating technology from our lives. They argued that organisations were like gardens to be tended rather than Meccano sets that could be assembled and dissembled at will. If, like me, this is not the first Paleo book and you wanted to pick this book up because it's called Paleo COACH and you thought there'd be good information about how to work out and what to do if you don't have a good gym nearby (or possibly would rather not pay your local crossfit affiliate several hundred each month), then I am sorry to say you should look elsewhere.
