I intend to get this book for anyone I hear is facing this time in their lives and pray they will find the comfort I have found. I would nominate the image of Truman Capote (1974). They provide an excellent framework for working with horses for anyone seeking a relationship based approach to developing willing partnerships with horses. When I came across this book I was thrilled. While this book is for everyone, as a professional substance abuse counselor, I can tell you that I base nearly all my counseling on this author Dallas Bennett's incredible explanation of addiction. I don't want to ruin the plot for anyone, but this book and the rest of the trilogy were fantastic. At present, however, there is a complete lack of agreement on coverage, on order of presentation, and on degree of mathematical sophistication required of the student.
